Frequently asked questions
Is Lightning Lane Multi Pass worth it?
It depends on the rides you want and when you go. Multi Pass saves the most when the rides you'd book have long standby lines, which is more common in busy months at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Our rule of thumb: buy it when it saves each person an hour or more across your rides.
What's the difference between Multi Pass and Single Pass?
Lightning Lane Multi Pass lets you book up to 3 rides ahead of time, and after you use one you can book another. Lightning Lane Single Pass is bought ride by ride for a few of the most popular attractions, up to 2 a day, per Disney's Lightning Lane page.
When can I buy Lightning Lane?
From 7 AM Eastern, 7 days before you arrive if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel or one of a few other select hotels (for up to 14 days of your stay), or 3 days ahead if you're not, per Disney. Link everyone on your Family & Friends list in the My Disney Experience app first, so one person can buy for the whole group.
