Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. Here's how that works and why it never changes our recommendations.

How Stack the Magic makes money

Stack the Magic is supported primarily by affiliate links. When a link on this site leads to a credit card, a DVC resale or rental broker, a ticket reseller, a stroller/gear rental company, or a lodging booking platform, and you click through and take an action (apply, book, buy, rent), we may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra — the price you pay is the same whether you use our link or go directly. Commissions are paid to Stack the Magic LLC, the company that owns and runs this site.

Our recommendations aren't for sale

We only recommend a partner because our own math says it's a good deal for the reader, not because it pays the highest commission. Whether or how much a partner pays us plays no role in whether a stack, a card, or a resort makes it into a post, and it never changes a number in a Net Result table.

The kinds of partners we work with

  • Credit card issuers and comparison/referral programs (e.g. travel rewards cards)
  • DVC resale and rental brokers
  • Ticket resellers and vacation package sellers
  • Stroller and gear rental companies
  • Off-property lodging booking platforms
  • General retail (e.g. Amazon, Target) on gear we actually use

We don't publish our exact commission rates — those change often and aren't something a reader needs to evaluate our recommendation — but the fact that a link is an affiliate link, where one exists, is disclosed on every post that has one.
